Chuck is in my opinion, beyond any doubt, the funniest and the overall most entertaining American TV series on the air in 2008. I do however not believe it is amongst the most 'universal' in regards to what target audience it's ideally suited for. While not having any demographic numbers or survey results to refer to, I honestly believe it has a greater appeal to men than to women, although I do know both female and male fans of the series.
