Hi When you create the new company file in AccountRight Plus V19.11 do not insert a serial number during the creation process. When creating a new company file you will have 90 days to activate it. Once the file is created you may not be prompted to activate the new company file when you do get so prompted. When that happens make sure you select the 'Activate later' option as indicated in the image below then click the 'Continue' button.
